Telecommunications giant, MTN Ghana, has responded to growing concerns over network connectivity challenges faced by its customers and vendors.
The company attributes the recent disruptions to several factors, including high traffic volumes, adverse weather conditions, cyber-attacks, and fiber cuts.
An MTN customer service representative, through an email to The High Street Journal, explained that these issues can significantly impact network stability and customer experience. “Please be aware that network issues can arise from various factors, including high traffic volumes, weather conditions, cyber-attacks, and fiber cuts,” the email said.

The ongoing connectivity issues have led to decreased customer traffic for vendors, affecting their business operations and overall sales.
MTN assured customers and vendors that they are working to resolve these issues promptly to restore service quality.
