I did not put the Scholars through military training to make them soldiers.
I did it to build discipline, character, and responsibility.
Our nation does not lack intelligence.
It lacks ethical leadership, men and women who can be trusted with power, resources, and people’s lives.

Military training teaches respect for structure, obedience to values, teamwork, and service before self. These are the foundations of leadership that can truly transform a country.
If Ghana is to change its narrative, it will not be by chance.
It will be led by a generation trained to stand firm when compromise is easy and to choose integrity when no one is watching.

This is why we invest in these young leaders.
This is why we give hope a chance.
