CEO of EIB Network, Bola Ray, has announced the call for applications for Cohort Two of the “Entrepreneurship with Bola Ray” program.
The initiative offers a unique opportunity for young innovators to receive mentorship, resources, and support in transforming their entrepreneurial ideas into viable businesses.
The program is set to drive growth and innovation within Ghana’s entrepreneurial ecosystem, especially during times of a crisis in youth unemployment. A recent report by the Ghana Statistical Service found that about 1.9 million youths aged 15-35, are without jobs.
In its first cohort, the program demonstrated immense value, equipping participants with essential skills in business strategy, leadership, and financial management. The initiative goes beyond traditional entrepreneurship programs by providing participants with hands-on experience, networking opportunities, and access to industry leaders.
For many young entrepreneurs who often face challenges such as limited funding, lack of mentorship, and market entry barriers, the program aims to offer support that can turn their visions into reality.
