Real Zaragoza has announced a new partnership with Uber, naming the global mobility platform as the club’s official mobility provider for the next two seasons, through the 2025/2026 campaign.
This strategic collaboration aims to provide Real Zaragoza fans with reliable and safe transportation, both domestically and internationally, in cities where Uber operates.
Under this agreement, Uber will support Real Zaragoza by offering comprehensive mobility services for the club’s domestic and international travel. Fans will also benefit from enhanced transportation options, whether they’re attending matches or managing their daily mobility needs.
Uber’s established presence in Zaragoza ensures locals and visitors alike have a dependable way to get around, especially on match days.

Fernando López, General Director of Real Zaragoza, expressed his excitement for the partnership saying “we are delighted to have reached this agreement with Uber, a technological brand that connects the physical and digital worlds. We align with their global philosophy of innovation and user-centered focus.”
Lola Vilas, Uber’s Director for Spain, said “It is an honor for us to collaborate with Real Zaragoza, a historic club and one of the most representative institutions of the city. This partnership strengthens our commitment to improving mobility in Zaragoza, providing fans with a new way to support their team as they strive for promotion back to La Liga.”
Since its launch in Zaragoza just a year ago, Uber has experienced rapid growth, with more than a million people opening the app in the city to request rides. The platform has quickly become popular with both locals and tourists.
While 60% of Uber users in Zaragoza are Spanish, the app’s global reach attracts international tourists, who frequently rely on Uber to navigate the city. During the Fiestas del Pilar, Uber welcomed users from over 60 nationalities, including Portugal, England, France, Mexico, Brazil, the U.S., and Colombia.
Top destinations for Uber users in Zaragoza include Zaragoza-Delicias train station, historic landmarks like Plaza de España and Plaza de Aragón, the University of Zaragoza’s San Francisco campus, and popular shopping areas such as Gran Casa and Puerto Venecia.
This partnership between Uber and Real Zaragoza is set to boost fan experiences and provide convenient travel options, solidifying Uber’s presence in the city.
