A WORD TO THE WISE
I remember a day when ex-president Rawlings was making a speech and his bodyguard after a time was dozing on his feet. It didn’t take long and he was replaced. The comment Rawlings made was so profound.
After all was settled and people were still murmuring for him to resume his speech, all the man said was ‘you people don’t know the work these people do’.
A word to the wise is enough!!
And My President was giving his last SONA and his bodyguard fainted and citizens are making comments about it as if the occasion was in expectation of him fainting. So he did and hooray in the house. House of Honables indeed!
See citizens making fun and making unsavory comments about it.
Media outlets surprised me most. Within the hour of the incident, news highlights and their breaking news was about the fainting of the bodyguard. What have we become?
If you’ve never experienced it, thank your God and pray that you never experience it. The incident itself comes with it’s physical problems that may not last but the trauma may be for life??
A word to the wise!
Ibi Ghana we dey!
Abeg ooo….. don’t follow FSHS and just send the children to school ooo…. Load them with food weell well and money. And keep your phone close by. They’re going to have it very rough and tough for the next few months. I tell you. Did you hear CHASS? A word to the wise……..
Ibi Ghana we dey!!
Please tell Little Dramani to do his prayers in his private room. We too , we know how to pray. What’s national prayer day? Tell him to park it at Bole-Bamboi lorry station. We have prayed enough in this Republic of our death. What we need now is pragmatic measures and the enabling environment for citizens to get jobs and better pay to cater for their families. We taya plus one day, one chop.
Ibi Ghana we dey!!!
By the way, how far with the national or personal cathedral? Anyway that’s for My President and Kusi and his people to tell us what to do with the dug out.
Ibi Ghana we dey!!
As a student of history, I haven’t come across any leader; good or bad, award himself at the end of their tenure. But upon careful observation it appears that two presidents from the same party have had to award themselves. I wonder who stood in the name of the citizens and gave the awards.
But, it’s normal. What title didn’t Idi give himself?
Ibi Ghana we dey!!
These market fires are becoming unbecoming ooo…… Amazingly, the fire people always tell us that they are investigating the cause of the fire, and we never get the report of the investigation. Na lie?
We let it pass by until another one comes.
This be Ghana!
Not much to say today. Patiently we await the swearing in of the new office holders and after.
Let’s wait and see.
Have a good hangover weekend.
