Ras Kuuku, known for his dynamic performances, revealed on Hitz FM’s Daybreak Hitz that he has had discussions with Lumba about an upcoming original track, not a remix of the highlife maestro’s previous works. The collaboration, once finalized, could create a buzz across the Ghanaian music industry, given Lumba’s influence and Ras Kuuku’s growing fanbase.
Ras Kuuku, who recently delivered a standout performance of Lumba’s classic Ankwanoma at the singer’s 60th birthday celebration, expressed admiration for the highlife legend. He hinted that this collaboration will showcase their mutual respect and creativity in an original composition that merges their unique sounds.
Having already worked with top Ghanaian artists like Samini, Kuami Eugene, and Kofi Kinaata, Ras Kuuku continues to expand his musical footprint.
