Mr Emmanuel Mokobi Aryee, Chief Executive Officer of Prudential Africa, has reiterated the company’s commitment to strengthening its operations in Ghana and driving sustainable business growth across the region.
During a week-long working visit to Ghana, Mr Aryee held a series of strategic meetings with management, departmental heads and agency representatives to align business priorities, improve performance and encourage innovation within the organisation.
A statement issued by Prudential Bank Ghana said the visit focused on reviewing the company’s 2025 performance results, identifying key achievements and addressing areas that required improvement.
The statement said the leadership team used the outcome of the review to develop a strategic roadmap for 2026, which would focus on delivering customer-centred solutions, transforming the agency business and improving operational efficiency to drive growth.
Mr Aryee said the visit formed part of the company’s broader business strategy for the year, which is centred on achieving “limitless growth” and expanding Prudential’s presence in key African markets.
He was accompanied by Mr Raymond Ngoma, Chief Human Resources Officer, and Ms Achumile Majija, Regional Chief Officer for Commercial Execution, Operations and Strategy, who also engaged with staff to reinforce the company’s strategic priorities and growth agenda.
The team held interactive sessions with employees to provide clarity on the organisation’s vision and strategy, while encouraging staff to play a stronger role in driving business performance in the year ahead.
Mr Aryee also attended Prudential Ghana’s End of Year Gala and Awards Event, where staff who made significant contributions to the company’s performance were recognised.
The statement said the visit demonstrated the company’s commitment to strengthening its operations in Ghana, improving customer experience and building a high-performance culture to support long-term business expansion across the African market.
