Business and investment platform Invest Africa has renewed its strategic intelligence partnership with global corporate intelligence and cyber security consultancy S-RM for a third year, as both organisations seek to support trade and investment flows across Africa amid rising geopolitical and regulatory complexity.
The renewed partnership for 2026 builds on collaboration in 2025 and will see S-RM continue to provide intelligence, risk analysis and ESG-related support to Invest Africa’s members and wider business network.
As part of the agreement, S-RM will support Invest Africa’s three flagship events this year: the Invest Africa Mining Series in Cape Town in February, the Africa Debate in London in June, and the Africa Debate–UAE in Dubai in October. The events are designed to convene investors, policymakers and business leaders around sustainable value chains, partnerships and investment opportunities across the continent.
Beyond events, the partnership will focus on delivering tailored intelligence to help businesses navigate political risk, integrity challenges and regulatory change across African markets.
Invest Africa Chief Executive Chantelé Carrington said the partnership had become an important asset for the organisation’s network, particularly as investors face a more complex global operating environment.
S-RM’s Head of sub-Saharan Africa for corporate intelligence, Matt Venturas, said the firm expects to build on two years of collaboration by deepening engagement with investors and companies operating across Africa, the United Kingdom and the United Arab Emirates.
Founded in 2005, S-RM provides corporate intelligence and cyber security services to organisations operating in high-risk and complex environments. Invest Africa, established more than 70 years ago, connects over 400 member companies with investment opportunities across Africa through events, intelligence and advisory services.
The renewed partnership comes as African markets continue to attract interest from global investors seeking long-term opportunities in energy, mining, infrastructure and emerging value chains.
