Ing Patricia Obo-Nai is a prominent Ghanaian engineer and business leader, recognized as the first Ghanaian to serve as the Chief Executive Officer of Vodafone Ghana. Her tenure began on April 1, 2019, following a distinguished career in telecommunications spanning over 25 years.
Education and Early Career
Patricia holds a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering from the Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology (KNUST) and an Executive MBA in Project Management from the University of Ghana. She has also pursued executive education at prestigious institutions such as INSEAD and the Kellogg School of Management.
Before her appointment at Vodafone, she worked for 14 years at Millicom Ghana Limited (operators of Tigo), where she held various technical and managerial roles. She joined Vodafone Ghana in 2011 as Chief Technology Officer, later advancing to positions including Director of Fixed Business and Customer Operations before becoming CEO.
