Mr. Kingsley Eze, CEO of Tenece Group, has urged business leaders to invest in artificial intelligence (AI) and innovation to remain competitive. Speaking at the 10th Anniversary Celebration of Tenece Ghana in Accra, Mr. Eze emphasized the importance of staying informed on technological trends and strategically positioning businesses to benefit from AI advancements.
During a panel discussion on “Embracing the Future of Work: Adapting to AI, Automation, and Remote Collaboration to Scale Business Models,” he stressed that businesses need to prioritize innovation to maintain leadership in the AI age. “For companies looking to lead, innovation investments are crucial,” he stated.
Jonathan Dartey, Country Manager of Tenece Ghana and Côte d’Ivoire, celebrated the anniversary as a reflection of the company’s dedication and creativity. He acknowledged the team’s efforts in driving change through cutting-edge solutions in storage, automation, security, and cloud technology. Dartey thanked customers, partners, and associates, highlighting their roles in Tenece’s growth.

“We celebrate our shared commitment to pushing technological boundaries and exploring new horizons,” he remarked. Tenece Ignite, the celebration event, was also described as a testament to these fruitful collaborations.
Samuel Okerchiri, Senior Presales Engineer at Dell Technologies for Central West Africa, encouraged companies to invest in AI literacy for their staff. He recommended establishing proper AI governance and ensuring teams are AI-ready. Addressing concerns about AI replacing jobs, Okerchiri clarified that AI would assist, not replace, human workers. He advocated for increased education to help people understand AI and its benefits.
