The Bank of Ghana (BoG) has unveiled its ambitious new headquarters, dubbed “The Bank Square,” with an investment of $250 million. This state-of-the-art facility is not just a building; it symbolizes a shift in how banking operates in Ghana and serves as a beacon of transformation for the financial sector.
Dr. Ernest Addison, the Governor of the central bank, underscored the significance of this project during its inauguration, emphasizing the need for an innovative approach to banking that meets the demands of a rapidly evolving industry.
“The new headquarters will foster creativity, collaboration, and efficiency, ultimately enhancing productivity,” he stated.
Remarkably, the project was executed with the support of local partners such as Gold Key Property LTD, who were the general contractors for the project.
