Bianca Akweley Clinton, ESQ, a dual-qualified legal and corporate advisory professional, was recognised as the Outstanding Woman in Corporate Risk and Strategic Advisory at the 2025 Ghana Business Women Awards, held at La Palm Royal Beach Hotel on 5 December.
The award celebrates Ms. Clinton’s exceptional leadership and impact in corporate governance, regulatory compliance, enterprise risk management, and strategic advisory, both in Ghana and internationally.
She is the Founder and Principal of The Law Office of Clinton Consultancy, operating through Clinton Corporate Consultancy Ltd, providing advisory services to a diverse portfolio of corporate clients.
In a milestone moment at the ceremony, Ms. Clinton also officially launched her professional social media platforms under the handle @BiancaClintonESQ, opening a new avenue to engage with business leaders, professionals, and emerging entrepreneurs across Africa and the global diaspora. The launch underscores her commitment to thought leadership, mentorship, and the promotion of best practices in corporate advisory services.
The Ghana Business Women Awards, one of the country’s leading platforms recognising female excellence in business and professional services, brought together industry leaders, government officials, and innovators. The event featured keynote addresses and panel discussions from notable figures including Honourable Austin Gamey, CEO of Gamey & Gamey Group; Dr. Leslie Caseley-Hayford, Executive Director at Associate for Change; and Nana Yaa Serwaa Sarpong, Founder of Women in Sustainability Africa. Awards were presented by esteemed national and international dignitaries, including Honourable Nicolina Annor Adjei, Honorary Consul of New Zealand to Ghana, lending credibility and prominence to the ceremony.
Upon receiving her award, Ms. Clinton expressed gratitude, stating: “I am humbled to have received this award at the Ghana Business Women Awards. To God alone be the glory.”
