The African Marketing Confederation (AMC) and Technology Information Confederation Africa (TICON Africa) have jointly announced the official launch of their flagship annual conference, set to take place from August 20–22, 2025, at the Labadi Beach Hotel in Accra.
The conference, which are expected to draw professionals from across the continent and beyond, will explore the convergence of marketing and technology in Africa’s dynamic economic landscape.

Operating under the theme “Thriving in Africa’s Evolving Markets: Trust, Trends, and Technology,” the collaborative event aims to unpack how digital innovation and technology-driven marketing strategies are redefining the way businesses engage with consumers.
The joint platform is designed to foster high-level discussions and practical insights into navigating the challenges and opportunities in Africa’s fast-changing business climate. Topics will cover everything from artificial intelligence in customer engagement to digital trust and consumer behavior trends.
Helen McIntee, President and Co-Founder of the AMC, emphasized the pivotal role of marketing in this evolving ecosystem.

TICON Africa’s segment of the event will be hosted under the theme “Empowering Africa’s Tech Future: Innovation, Standards, and Global Influence.”
Sessions will spotlight how Africa can develop indigenous tech standards, leverage emerging innovations, and increase its global digital footprint.
