Data has become the lifeblood of modern organizations. But while companies often have access to vast amounts of information, converting that data into actionable insights remains a critical challenge for executives. How do leaders ensure that insights translate into better decisions, stronger teams, and measurable organizational impact?
Ashesi University is addressing this challenge with “The Leadership Imperative”, a two-day executive masterclass led by Ebenezer Twum Asante, one of Africa’s most accomplished business leaders.
The program will take place on 27th and 28th November 2025, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM at the Kempinski Hotel, Gold Coast City, Accra. It is designed for senior executives, public sector leaders, and organizational heads who want to build high-performing, data-driven organizations.
The program comes at a time when data-driven leadership is no longer optional. Organizations that fail to leverage insights risk inefficiency, slower growth, and missed opportunities. This masterclass aims to equip leaders with the frameworks and practical strategies needed to turn data into decisions, and decisions into results.

Program Overview
The masterclass spans two days. The first day focuses on building a data-driven culture, with interactive exercises and a culture-mapping session that helps participants identify enablers and barriers to insight-led decision-making. The second day emphasizes translating insight into action, guiding executives to develop practical strategies that can be applied immediately within their organizations to deliver measurable outcomes.
By the end of the program, participants will not only have gained tools and frameworks but also a clearer understanding of how to lead teams, make informed decisions, and create organizations that thrive in increasingly complex business environments.
For business leaders seeking to combine strategy, culture, and data into a coherent leadership approach, “The Leadership Imperative” provides an opportunity to learn directly from a leader with a proven track record across Africa’s corporate landscape.
