Organizers expect attendance to double this year, surpassing last year’s 100,000 attendees. The festival will kick off on Monday, August 19, with a “spiritual walk” from Christiansborg Castle, where participants are encouraged to dress in white, symbolizing purity and unity.

This year’s festival, themed “And Now An End To The Empire Of Horrors,” promises a thought-provoking exploration of history, resistance, and cultural resilience. Through various artistic displays, attendees will reflect on the complexities of the past and the possibilities for a brighter future.
