MTN Ghana has launched Business Eye, a new enterprise surveillance solution designed to help businesses monitor assets, oversee operations and remain connected around the clock.
The solution, which is now available nationwide, is aimed at enhancing security and operational efficiency for businesses operating in diverse environments.
In a statement issued in Accra, Madam Georgina Asare Fiagbenu, Corporate Communications Senior Manager of MTN Ghana, said Business Eye was suitable for a wide range of settings, including retail outlets, restaurants, fuel stations, warehouses and office spaces.
She explained that the solution is offered in both SIM-enabled and WiFi-enabled models, allowing businesses to deploy surveillance systems without limitations related to connectivity.
The statement noted that Business Eye comes with 24-hour remote monitoring, real-time alerts, secure cloud storage with local SD-card backup, and a solar-powered feature that ensures continuous protection during power outages.

The system also includes two-way audio, enabling users to observe and communicate instantly when necessary.
Madam Angela Mensah Poku, Chief Enterprise Business Officer of MTN Ghana, highlighted the strategic importance of the solution in supporting enterprises, particularly during peak business periods such as the Christmas season.
“At MTN, we are committed to empowering businesses with smart, innovative solutions that go beyond connectivity,” she said.
She added that as businesses operate through the festive season and beyond, Business Eye would provide real-time visibility and control, helping organisations remain secure, efficient and resilient even in challenging environments.
“This launch reflects our dedication to supporting Ghanaian enterprises to stay agile, resilient and future-ready,” Madam Mensah Poku said.
To ease adoption, she said MTN Ghana had introduced dedicated Internet of Things (IoT) bundle packages tailored specifically for Business Eye users.
Interested customers can subscribe by dialling *5060#, while devices are available at all MTN retail outlets, authorised resellers and on MTN Ghana’s business solutions website.
She noted that through Business Eye, MTN Ghana is extending its role beyond connectivity to delivering intelligent, business-grade solutions that help enterprises remain secure, agile and prepared for the future.
