Preparations are in full swing for the 7th Volta Trade and Investment Fair, scheduled to take place from November 26 to December 8, 2025, at the Ho Sports Stadium.
The Volta Regional Minister, James Gunu, has met with Volta Brand Ambassadors and key personalities to discuss strategies for making this year’s fair a major success. The meeting focused on strengthening collaboration, promoting innovation, and projecting the Volta Region as a competitive destination for trade, tourism, and investment.
This year’s edition, under the theme “Volta Rising: Building Global Partnerships for a Thriving 24-Hour Economy”, seeks to reposition the Volta Region as a rising force in Ghana’s economic diversification.

The 2025 edition will build on the gains of previous fairs by providing a platform for businesses, entrepreneurs, and investors to connect and explore emerging opportunities across sectors such as agribusiness, manufacturing, and hospitality.
The fair will host the first-ever Volta Investment Summit alongside sectoral exhibitions, business-to-business matchmaking, and a 24-hour economy showcase aimed at demonstrating how round-the-clock commerce, culture, and tourism can boost growth.
The Volta Regional Coordinating Council and its partners are also expected to unveil a series of side events, including exhibitions, business forums, and cultural showcases, to highlight the region’s potential and diversity.

With just weeks to go, excitement is building across the region as preparations near completion.
