-To Enhance Affordability and SME Growth
After two years of success in Nigeria, Market Festival is expanding its impact to Ghana, with an event scheduled for November 29th and 30th bringing a unique opportunity for small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) to expand their reach at an accessible price point.
Building on two successful years in Nigeria, the festival is designed to empower Ghanaian businesses and promote tourism in an affordable, inclusive setting.
To be hosted at the Kwame Nkrumah Memorial Park, a location chosen for its historical significance and tourist appeal, the event will spotlight “Made in Ghana” products, aiming to elevate local brands on a global stage.
Organizers, Madam Anthonia Falola and her partner Mr. Falola Sherlock, emphasized the festival’s role in fostering a sustainable economic environment that benefits both SMEs and the broader Ghanaian economy.

With a vendor fee of GH₵550.00 for the two-day event, the festival is positioned as an accessible marketing platform, offering vendors the chance to connect with a diverse audience both on-site and online.
To support vendors further, the Market Festival has partnered with delivery companies to facilitate safe, efficient order fulfilment. With the partnership of these delivery companies, orders made online are promptly delivered, reducing the risks associated with remote transactions and expanding the market reach for SMEs.
Beyond the November debut, the Market Festival will operate quarterly, giving local businesses consistent opportunities to showcase products, network, and innovate. Organizers are also inviting sponsors and hoping for future collaboration with Ghana’s Ministry of Tourism, which could amplify the event’s impact.
