Meanwhile, the GSE Financial Stocks Index (GSE-FSI) remained steady throughout the week, maintaining 3,168.48 points, marking a 33.09% year-to-date increase.
Friday’s Highlights: Mixed Fortunes Among Top Movers
The final trading session of the week saw notable movements across several stocks. Fan Milk PLC (FML) led the gainers with a GH₵0.30 rise to GH₵4.10, as 300,000 shares exchanged hands, amounting to GH₵1,230,000.00. Similarly, Guinness Ghana Breweries PLC (GGBL) gained GH₵0.20 to close at GH₵6.00 after trading 500,000 shares worth GH₵3,000,000.00.

Ghana Oil Company PLC (GOIL) also recorded a minor increase of GH₵0.03, ending the week at GH₵1.80, with a volume of 1,000,000 shares valued at GH₵1,800,000.00. In the telecom sector, Scancom PLC (MTNGH) rose by GH₵0.01, closing at GH₵3.54 after a significant volume of 6,299,736 shares, totaling GH₵20,927,220.30.
