A new mobile-first artificial intelligence platform, Efiwe, has been launched to expand access to coding education worldwide. Officially unveiled on August 16, 2025, the app drew 188 users from 37 countries within its first 24 hours.
The platform enables learners to build professional websites entirely on smartphones, using interactive challenges, gamification, and an adaptive AI tutor. Its first courses cover HTML, with CSS and JavaScript set to follow.
Efiwe was designed to break barriers in digital education by supporting 33 languages and operating fully offline. This ensures uninterrupted learning even in areas with limited or costly internet access.

“By making it mobile-first and offline-ready, we’re especially empowering learners in regions where internet access is limited or costly. Efiwe is proof that technology can bridge the global digital divide,” said Chidi Nwaogu, Founder of Efiwe.
The initiative underscores a growing shift toward digital inclusivity, aiming to make coding education globally accessible and positioning Efiwe as a tool for aspiring developers and creators across diverse regions.
