Ghanaian socialite and entrepreneur Efia Odo has clarified her partial ownership in Eats Avenue Restaurant, revealing that she holds a 40% share in the business, contrary to earlier statements claiming full ownership.
This update follows speculations that she was ousted from her managerial role by the restaurant’s primary owner, Kobby Sarpong, the proprietor of Ridge Condos in Kumasi. To support her claim, Efia Odo publicly shared legal documentation affirming her stake in the venture, citing the restaurant’s registration with the Ghana Register of Companies.
Despite this, reports indicate a fallout between her and Mr. Sarpong, who has since assumed control of the business, including its social media management.
In a recent development, Mr. Sarpong created new social media profiles for the restaurant, urging followers to disengage from the accounts previously managed by Efia Odo. In response, Efia Odo announced that she is no longer affiliated with the restaurant, effectively ending her involvement in its operations despite retaining her 40% ownership.
