Telecommunications company AirtelTigo (AT), has unveiled its latest promotion, dubbed “Y’agye Sika”, aimed at expressing gratitude to its loyal subscribers. The promotion, which runs from mid-November through the festive season, is offering exciting rewards to users of its mobile financial service, AT Money.
The campaign is designed to boost customer engagement with AT Money while showcasing the platform’s ease of use and benefits. Subscribers can participate by maintaining an active AT Money wallet and performing person-to-person (P2P) transactions of GHS 50 or more. Transactions can be carried out using the AT Money shortcode (*110#) or via the AT app, available on the Play Store and App Store.
Speaking at the launch, Dr. David Sefa, Director of Mobile Financial Services at AT, said,

Over the promotion period, a total of 225 subscribers will be rewarded. Each week, participants with the highest transaction volume and value will be selected as winners. Dr. Sefa also advised subscribers to remain vigilant against fraud, highlighting that AT Money will never request payment or PIN codes for prize claims.
“All official communication related to the promotion will come from AT-authorized channels, including text messages, and verified handles on platforms like Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and X,” he said.
